They have a weighted component that was implemented using a sensory processing frame of reference. The deep weight provides proprioceptive feedback that encourages calming and regulation. The tactile component is soothing and organizing to even the most fidgety child. Our weighted stuffies can be held, hugged or be placed on a child's lap to rest if they are taking part in an activity which requires the use of their hands. Measures 17" x 13" x 6".
