School Supply Purchase Orders and Quotes

If you haven't purchased with us since February 2025, please request an updated W-9.

We accept school supply purchase orders that meet the following criteria:

Email address is a verified school email address.

Shipping address can be verified that it is a school.

PO is received on a school PO form with clearly stated shipping and billing information. 

Sender can be verified as an employee of the school district

We have received a W-9.

School is not delinquent in any previous orders.

All school purchase orders are Net 30.

We have the right to decline purchase orders due to lack of information. We may also request a credit application be filled out.
